Get affiliation with a much bigger club. He's done this to great effect in past saves and continues in his Notts save. This allows him to bring in some great players without costing him a fortune.
Mark's Football Manager 17 Notts Career
After a false start on the Notts save, Mark has become addicted to building his backroom staff. Unfortunately his focus on staff meant he released two key players (Alan Smith and Mike Edwards).

The mistakes keep happening. Releasing Alan Smith means that star player Stanley Aborah has become unhappy - he'd signed on the condition the midfield would be strengthened, not weakened.
