Today’s episode is all about implementing a house system at a middle school and teacher morale.  We sat down with middle school principal Bethanie Hale and discussed how she plans to implement a house system similar to the Ron Clark Academy and why she chose to do this.  She also discusses what she is doing at her school to help support teacher morale during such a difficult time in education.
