I run THE FEARLESS STORYTELLER HOUSE EMPORIUM LTD - which is a storytelling company (made up of Author Services, Office Angels, Services to Media & a Learning Portal). I run this business in Nigeria, where I returned to, after studying in the United Kingdom. 

 

I am a Law (LLB) graduate and hold a Postgraduate Certificate in Food Law (from the De Montfort University in Leicester). In addition to wins and nominations for writing, I also won the 2016 BEFFTA (Black Entertainment Film Fashion Television & Arts) award for "Blog of the Year" with my blogazine. The blogazine is called Memo From A Fearless Storyteller. 

 

Nigeria can be a tough place to live and do business. For people who were born, raised and have lived all their lives here, it can be tough. For those who have left and returned to what is essentially unfamiliar terrain (and geography is the least of the challenges), it can be a whole different ball game in every way, shape and form. One of the keys is being ruthlessly open to opportunities, even when they appear to be challenges.

 

Despite the challenges (bureaucracy, time lapses, general craziness of a system that could work a lot better, etc), my company released three books: Murder At Midnight (15 November), Ifechidere (30 November) and Forever There For You (whose paperback was released before), which are available on Amazon, Smashwords, Apple, Kobo and major online stores. These books are by different authors, one of whom has never even met me in person! There are three new book releases being planned for the first quarter of 2017, as well as some screen productions.
