#04: Sarah Tamaya, part 2 "Bringing Darkness into Light"

March 30, 2015

"I don't need to go and explore the dark realms of humanity anymore. I feel like I've done that a lot in my spiritual existence. Without any back story... it's just an intuitive thing. But I feel like I've been there a lot and my time now is to take all the learning that I've gotten from that and bring them into this life now". This quote is from my last podcast with returning guest, Sarah Tamaya. I've included it in this podcast summary as sort of a point to myself. A reminder that expectations are a lesson in humility...in a way. You see, I've had ideas and thoughts about the dark side of the feminine divine circulating in my mind for a long time so when Sarah acknowledged (Her) dark side in the last episode of The Lark I was elated! I asked Sarah to return and share the dark and mysterious with me and everyone else who seeks the shadows. Did I do this to confirm my.... fantasies? Maybe. Did I have something to prove by digging deep and delving into the dark side? Absolutely. But that's not how our conversation went down, and for that I am grateful. Because I learned the feminine divine isn't one thing. She's not any thing. She just is. And so we share. Sarah teaches. And Kuma babbles. It's the pure art of conversation.
