ZemaSol™ – General Uses | The Green Solvents Show #005

The Green Solvents Show #005
Businesses are looking to replace toxic solvents in their workplaces.  Tertiary Butyl Acetate (TBAc) is particularly difficult to work with, as are Xylene, Toluene, and ParaChloroBenzoTriFluoride (PCBTF).  Finding an environmentally-friendly solution which at the same time performs as well as conventional solvents can be difficult.

ZemaSol™ (patent pending),  an environmentally-friendly, non-hydrogen based solvent may be your solution.  ZemaSol is the only solvent to be certified as a Clean Air Solvent in over 20 years by the South Coast Air Quality Management District (SCAQMD).  SCAQMD is recognized across the US for setting the strictest limits for VOC emissions.

Invest 20 minutes to listen to The Green Solvents Show to learn how ZemaSol is replacing TBAc, Xylene, Toluene, and PCBTF in many industrial applications.

Host Erik Reynolds interviews Dave Pasin, co-founder and President of TBF Environmental, about the environmentally-friendly solvent ZemaSol.
The Alternative
Dave begins the podcast by explaining that ZemaSol, a non-hydrogen based, alternative, green solvent is used as a replacement for toxic solvents TBAc, PCBTF, Xylene and Toluene.

TBAc and PCBTF both have serious issues despite being VOC-exempt in many parts of the US and Canada. Although TBAc might have better density generally, there are still concerns over the odor and solvency. With PCBTF there are concerns relating to its density, odor and solvency properties.  Both of these options are also costly.
The Wide Applications of ZemaSol
ZemaSol can be used in a wide variety of applications, including industrial paints and coatings, adhesives, inks, concrete sealers, polymers and resins.  ZemaSol:

will help your business meet environmental guidelines
will reduce VOC emissions from your manufacturing operations
will reduce exposure of your plant workers to toxic solvents
is considered an ultra-low VOC across the United States and Canada and is certified by the South Coast Air Quality Management District

ZemaSol can replace TBAC, PCBTF, Xylene and Toluene in your applications
