We learned how he competes against big banking institutions, why he enjoys wearing multiple hats at his small community bank, and what sets him apart from larger entities. We get his take on why he chooses to climb the corporate ladder as opposed to being an entrepreneur and why he challenges entrepreneurs with the question of “Have you created a job for yourself, or have you created an enterprise, something that will survive beyond you?”
