George and Hugh were joined by Eddie Willever of Shaftesbury Glen on this episode of GolfRap. Another glowing report regarding the renovation that Shaftesbury Glen performed after the flood that damaged the course in late 2015. The staff took advantage of the situation by making significant changes throughout the course. They added waste bunkers on several holes and lessened the severity of the steep Winged Foot-style bunkers. The changes have sped up pace of play by 20+ minutes and made the course much more “average-golfer” friendly. We encourage everyone to check out Shaftesbury Glen.
