In today's episode I sit down with real estate investor Tom Knutson.  I love that Tom did it the old fashioned way - he learned the business from a mentor - an experienced real estate pro who taught him the ropes - and then he struck out on his own. Now Tom is is building and investing in real estate with a trusted partner. Tom shares with us how he got started and why he is successful in the real estate game (hint: think of others first) and the right way to have a partner. 
Tom is a good friend and a really good guy.
