This week I sit down with co-founder/owner of The Loaded Bowl, Tevin Grupe. Loaded Bowl is a healthy, vegan alternative to your favorite comfort food and a welcome addition to Oklahoma City's food choices. Tevin and I talk about the restaurant/food truck's beginnings and the process of starting a vegan restaurant in a state still growing in terms of healthy lifestyle.

I also sit down with my wife, Marrett Hild to read hilarious and random Yelp reviews, because all this talk about restaurant ownership threw me in to a spiral of looking for crazy people who leave reviews for strange reasons.
