The luddites are cranky while Scott and guest host Cassandra Fredrickson attempt to nap their way through the Colin Baker 2-part serial “The Mark of the Rani”. The Doctor and Peri find themselves in the middle of the Industrial Revolution as a Time Lady named the Rani is revealed to be the cause of the luddites’ violent behavior.
