Many black people do the work and succeed in the non-racist fair societies we have created in the west. Does some anti-black racism still exist? Yes. Is it widespread and does it stop hard working black people succeed? No.
Blacks do less well than other races and it has little to do with racism or white privilege (Asians outperform whites, do they have 'white privilege' too?).
