Since moving to Australia from a third world communist country, Matyas managed to take the leap of faith from working full-time and start his own business running automotive events, becoming the leader in this field in Queensland, Australia. He recently started a new project helping people take their own leap!

Best known for founding DownshiftAus.com, Matyus lead the development of Downshift as a brand from a tiny blog, to the largest automotive community in Queensland, Australia and indeed one of the largest in the country.

Now founder of 9-5 Escape, Matyas is encouraging entrepreneurs & business founders to incorporate the wild adventure of a motorbike tour through Asia, as well as meeting and getting to know fellow entrepreneurs from many different walks of life and varying experiences and skills. 50/50 fun and work!
