Amir: When I sat down I laid out a plan, I laid out the strategy, I laid out what I consider to be a multi-million dollar business model. And I handed it over to them and now I created the problem for that person. I created that they didn't have, either the skills, the knowledge, the know-how or the ability or knowledge to actually implement that plan. (Laughing)
So sometimes I'm sure if you've been in the marketing space long enough, there are some people in the industry, you say, "I can describe, with a pen and a napkin, how to make a million dollars or more and how I all did it.” But you know, what you're missing is the actual skills, the drive, the motivation, the knowledge, the experience in order to accurately make those decisions within that plan to actually achieved that outcome. So, it's kind of amazing.

What I Modeled

Amir: What I actually did was I modeled what I did over the last year. It's pretty much an info-marketing / seminar sales model. And so, most people who start an online business they actually started from a single man perspective. They think that they're gonna be doing everything in the business. And for awhile, the beginning unless you the revenue or the money to invest upfront, you're going the need to do that. You're gonna need to sit there, you're gonna need to write the e-mails, you're gonna need to, you know, jump on the phone with all your customers. You're gonna need to find out how to serve them. You're going to need to do the sales call. You're going to need to be able to close your first couple of sales at a high price point before you can introduce systems, before you can hire teams, before you can seriously invest in a business.
And I just saw a post currently at the time when I was filming this webinar. There's a company called "Wake-up Now" or that was company called "Wake-up Now". And they're pretty much, the company is - the company owners decided to dismantle the business and it was a big MLM company but you can still learn about a lot it.
I was listening to you know… one of my mentors was saying about the company. Saying, look this is a perfect example where investors doesn't solve the business and how it grows, right? A business grows and if they can grow with no investors or no money into it, then as it succeeds, it's viable for investing. And this is why shows like "Short Tanker" sitting there, they're grilling the person and they're saying, “Look, I don't understand your business model. I don't see enough revenue. I don't see where you gonna have the outlets. I don't know if you have products that something people wanna buy.”
Once they answer all the questions and know what the start-up business goes throug
