In case you missed it, CrossFit has announced the minimum number of qualifying spots for each Semifinal in 2023. In this episode, Tyler Watkins of Lawn Chair Leaderboarding, and I share our initial reactions to the announcement. Needless to say…we’re a bit skeptical.
