We started out looking at some stats from the 2023 CrossFit Games that Tyler was able to collect from Heat 1. Then we shifted to the Top 25 Media & Fan Polls from this month as it was the first poll of the 2024 CrossFit Games.

During that discussion, Justin Cotler and Will Moorad were watching live and entered the chat. John and Will proceeded to get into a little argument over fitness vs luck. Good times.

After that, we speculate on where the 2024 CrossFit Games will be. There are several rumors floating out there, but right now it seems like Texas, specifically Fort Worth, is the leading rumor/candidate.

And finally, we briefly discuss Ricky Garard’s performance at HYROX this past weekend.
