The Aspiring Producer Podcast Session 4 – Create Income Streams And Earn A Living As A Producer & Ideas For My Next Project!

March 19, 2016

Yo,

Thanks for joining me for another session of The Aspiring Producer Podcast! This past few weeks have been pretty busy for me, I’ve been preparing a few new projects for placements, working on some new ideas & sketches for a new EP that I’m currently working on, which I’m hoping to have out in the next couple of months. I’ve also spent a bit of time updating and tidying up some online profiles that I have online where I have various bits of Royalty Free music and some beats etc. So overall, a fairly solid few months but it’s definitely kept me pretty busy. I also started a new part-time job doing some music teaching which has been a lot of fun & I highly recommend.

Once again, thanks for listening and if you’ve been enjoying the Podcast then please make sure you subscribe on iTunes and also leave a review, that would be awesome. And if you have any feedback or suggestions then make sure you hit me up on twitter @theaspiringprod and share that knowledge, I’d be happy to incorporate it into the show.

In this latest session I talked about:

- The hardest piece of the puzzle - How to use your Music to create Income Streams and EARN A LIVING as a Producer. It’s certainly the hardest thing to do - earning a living doing what you love to do, but I promise you, it’s possible. In this session, I went into a little more detail describing my top 6/7 methods to help increase your income through different income streams, and different ideas of things you can do with your music to help maximize your monthly income. You don’t want to miss this one, trust me.

- Our latest producer in the Aspiring Producer Spotlight - Hydraulix. He is a really dope Producer from Sydney, Australia - so make sure you check him out on Soundcloud here and make sure you hit him up on Twitter here to let him know he is in our Producer Spotlight this week!

- The sad news of George Martin passing away & other Production news.

- I also talked about this video below, where Noah ’40’ Shebib who you will know mostly from his groundbreaking work with Drake, where he goes into some good details about his workflow and his setup etc. As Aspiring Producers it’s very insightful and inspiring so check it out.

Sample Of The Week - Session 4

Here is this week’s Sample Of The Week - this is actually a little trickier this week and a bit more challenging but I could definitely hear some really dope ideas coming out of it. It’s actually a sample taken from a Monk’s Choral inside a Monastery. Definitely has a cool vibe, so see what you can create with it. If you manage to create any magic with it, then drop a link to it in the comments below or hit me up on Twitter @theaspiringprod and I’ll be happy to feature the best one’s on the Podcast & Blog.
