I am rather excited about building my new workshop! I’ve got an old underground brick watertank that has no roof and a couple of inches of water in it, about the size of a one car garage. Not the most likely of choices, but I think I can make it work.
I’ve created a cost spreadsheet, contacted suppliers for material quotes and lined up an electrician for when it’s watertight. Only thing left to do is plan out the layout of the shop….
