Sitting down and recording this has been a long time coming. In this episode my filter is removed and I bring you up to speed to where I am today, how I got here, and what is next. There are plenty of options to live a good, happy, and productive life, but finding the path to said life is easier said than done. Soon I embark on a journey to learn more about myself and hopefully change some pathways in my brain for the better. May this episode be a marker to look back upon in six months to see how far I have come.
