  Sandra Boyd is a principal and career solutions lead in the Toronto head office of Knightsbridge. Sandra specializes in Career Management, Career Transition, and the Four Generations in the Workplace. She is the author of The Hidden Job Market and co-author of The Flexible Thinker Guide to Extreme Career Performance.     Kim Spurgeon is a vice president at Knightsbridge. She is a certified coach who specializes in career management, career transition, and executive coaching.
