This is special report for physicians and patients during the COVID-19 pandemic. DHHS has relaxed HIPPA enforcement allowing physicians to provide telehealthcare using popular video chat applications. This is an effort to minimize exposure of patients and elderly to COVID-19 and maximize physician accessibility to their patients.
