Rye gives 3 reasons why you need a Mastermind Group. First, History Proves the impact of Mastermind Groups: all great leaders collaborate with each other.

Nepolian Hill and Andrew Carnegie popularized the idea of mastermind in the 20th century and those major successes left legacies that surpassed their lifespan.

Second, Collaboration is a key to success. Sure you have distinctive strengths and passions, but no one man can do it all alone, you need diversity. We all need people that can challenge, push us to the next level, & challenge our assumptions.
