Last season, Glendale alum and SGF native Mike Kickham got a taste of the big leagues, pitching in 12 games for the San Francisco Giants in two different stints.

It was quite the honor for the former 6th round pick out of Missouri State, especially seeing as how he had made only 10 starts above Double-A at the time of the callup. Now he will head open the season in the Triple-A Fresno rotation, trying to prove he deserves another shot.
