Hello All,

I have started a podcast. It is solely focused around positive mental health.  I have chosen the name synaptic support as I want to get away from the stigma of mental health. I also think negative when I hear it.

The core focus of the podcast will be any current or breaking news in the mental health field and I will be reviewing apps designed to help maintain or support a positive mental health. I have a few lined up.

I will be doing a weekly show so stay tuned for the upcoming special.
