What are your favourite pieces of equipment? Dumbbells

What is currently on your workout music playlist? I usually don’t listen to music when I train.

How do you psych up for a workout or set? Remember that my physique is part of how I make a living

What was one exercise or routine that gave you great gains in muscle mass and/or strength? Gironda’s 8×8, but spread across 2 exercises per body part (so 2 exercises of 4 x 8)
