I sit down with Dr. Eric Dixon of Sportschiro+ in Edwardsville, IL to talk about the principles of good fitness.

Dr. Dixon has a exceptional strong background. He graduated from Logan University and spent a year interning under one of the best in the industry, Dr. Craig Liebenson. He then went on to start his own practice where he works with individuals in all situations. From those in pain and rehabbing to athletes looking to increase their performance. He gives a list of his credentials in the show, which only scratch the surface.

In this episode, I just wanted to drill home the principles that ALL training programs should encompass. That means, if you don't have an emphasis on these things in your own program, something is likely missing!
