I think we can all agree that injuries and setbacks suck. A BAD injury might keep you out for a month which can seem extremely long but how long is a month in the grand scheme? It's a tiny percent of your over all training time.

In this episode we get into dealing with setbacks. Why it's so important to have other interests and passions in life besides training. The word passion is something everyone knows but finding your passion is a pretty hard task. Maybe all passions really means is excitment. Find something that excites you outside of the gym and you will be a much more well rounded person.
