In Episode 19, the SharePoint Sherpas talk with veteran SharePoint trainer and SharePoint expert guru Jay Simcox about teaching technology to your users. Unfortunately, technology isn't always intuitive. That's especially true for people who aren't technology professionals. That's where training comes in. As we adopt new technologies into our organizations, it becomes imperative that we equip our users to understand the tech so that they can use it well.
