From professional rugby player to professional coach

September 16, 2014

Mat Cole from Sporple chats with Tim Rapp, a former NSW halfback and currently part of the coaching team at the NSW Waratahs. Tim discusses his time a professional player then moving through as part of the coaching at the Waratahs.

Along the way Tim touches upon pathways for a young player looking to play in Super Rugby or the Wallabies and what attributes coaches are looking for in young rugby talent. A must listen for all young rugby players

“The one thing that young kids need to be conscious of is their work ethic, the ability to train at the speed that you play a game always shines through”

A must listen for all current and aspiring rugby players
