I have noticed something a little worrying of late: I noticed a lot of people have major trouble formulating an opinion or delivering feedback. By feedback, I mean constructive criticism.

Feedback and criticism are such huge parts of the creative process. Although you can create something entirely with your mind, it is often useful to show it to people around you to judge the effect of your creation on others. There is always room for improvement, whatever we do creatively and being able to receive constructive feedback from a peer but also being able to hear and internalise feedback without feeling attacked is important.
