Sister Simone Campbell on Story vs. Schtick

November 18, 2015

Sr. Simone Campbell is a catholic nun who was named a "bad influence" by the vatican for working too much with the poor. She is a lawyer, author, poet, and founder of the Nuns on the Bus movement which lobbies for the rights of the oppressed marginalized all over the country. She's been a guest on the Daily Show, The Colbert Report, and spoke at the Democratic Convention in 2012. We talk about transforming our community, how movements are like snowballs, and the difference between story and schtick.
