Unfortunately, companies have changed the game midstream. They’ve switched to working with temporary or independent workers – providing no benefits. This change has left millions of people without a steady paycheck. When professionals find themselves laid off, they’re left in a void. The ‘jobs’ no longer exist so it’s not just a case of polishing up their resumes and applying for new jobs. The jobs are gone.
