So many business owners - especially those that are more in the creative camp - are resistant to marketing. Ronnie has cracked the marketing code to help them understand that they're sharing what they do best.

Ronnie talks about what she calls the Marketing Triangle: Finding clients that stay, pay and refer. She tells business owners to find the right medium to get in front of their clients instead of just using what's easy or cheapest.

The internet has taught people to shop differently. It's also created an environment of 'free'. People are more skeptical so their more cautious. You'll need to concentrate more on social proof and credibility. One tip she shares is to get third-party reviews rather then just rely on testimonials.
