Every week 3 or 4 of us get together and talk about the topics of the day. This week we invited our pal K back and it was awesome. The weather’s starting to get a little cooler and all the sweet Fall video games are on the verge of release so we had him in to discuss the mess that is The Last Guardian, among other things.

Beloved Children’s Books
With the passing of Anna Dewdney, author and illustrator of the Llama Llama series of children’s books this past week, we wanted to take a moment to discuss our favorites.

The ATLAST Guardian
The Last Guardian was initially announced at E3 in 2009 and began development all the way back in 2007. After nearly 10 years, the game was delayed again by 2 months and begs the question – when it hits, will it be any good? Also, with Sony’s less than stellar reveal of the PS4 Pro and the continuing issues with No Man’s Sky, their other tentpole release this year.

Before I Kick Off…
We all gotta die at some point and hopefully you have a bucket list of the things you want to do before you go. What is the ONE thing that you desperately want to accomplish/see/do before you pack it in?
Bill – Play in the NFL or work at Marvel Comics
Jim – Sell a song, meet Jackie Chan
K– Go into space, Play in a concert with my favorite band, Voice act in a cartoon series
Dumoulin – Visit all 8 continents. Make (distil and age) my own whiskey
Jim Explains A Thing – KPop!
Jim doesn’t know much about nerd culture so in an attempt to teach him we’ve asked him to try his best to explain some things. This week he explains KPop. Enjoy!
