Shake it Off Cast!
Advice from a Former Exercise Addict; How to find Motivation - Episode 063
- I lost 4 pounds or 1.8 kg; this puts me at 233 lbs or 105.7 kg lost
- This week I’ve done a lot better at keeping my binge eating at bay
- I still need to keep better track of my weekends, but at least I’m entering some foods on there.
- I’m still unsure about my body fat, but I’m fairly sure I’m around 21-23% body fat.
- I’ll be hosting a post on the calculator I’m using to calculate my protein, fat, and carb intake.
- I am experiencing some questions about my weight loss.
- Should I be losing so much weight this quickly?
- Should I increase my calorie intake?
Gym Talk:
- The plan is going well, but I think that I’m going to make a few tweaks to a couple of the days.
- I’m going to more closely integrate 5/3/1 year-long challenge along with the Bigger Leaner, Stronger year-long challenge.
- I have mostly been experimenting with the two to make sure that they’re compatible and now I’m fairly confident.
- The only downside to the two is that they are based on two different eating plans due to my current goals.
- 5/3/1 is about getting stronger which requires eating a surplus of food
- My goal is cutting, and while either bulking or cutting can be used with Bigger, Leaner, Stronger; that’s what my goal is.
