This episode was a recording of #PMHangout 39 which was held as part of the Sensible Project Manager Hangout Community hosted on Google+ Hangouts On-Air. If you wish to watch the hangout, you can find it here.

My experience with Agile completely aligns with what Joseph talks about in his book. I currently work in an organization where we have begun to implement an Agile framework in our development cycle, yet most of our organization uses traditional project management methodologies.

Some key points that is discussed are:

Agile means nimble
Agile is an adjective not a noun
If you are able to change as fast or faster than the changes that are happening within your business context...You are Agile!

Additional concepts discussed

What is Nimble
What is the Agile Movement
Agility enabling practice
21st Century management practices
