It's our first episode!

Host Josh Mlot sits down to talk with the Southeast Missourian's Trent Singer and talks Cape Girardeau Central football, Austin Parker, the reveal of Jawbone and wherever the conversation veers, as well as a brief glance at what's on the docket Friday night.

The two then discuss Southeast Missouri State football's season opener at Memphis, with an eye toward Saturday's game at Southern Illinois. Oh, and power outages and fire alarms.

The final segment (57:16) features an interview with Southeast Missouri State women's soccer coach Heather Nelson about the team's Meg Herndon game on Sunday, hosting Florida Atlantic. Nelson talks about Herndon's death and the mark she left on her and the program.
