U.S. ambassador to the European Union Gordon Sondland says he "followed the president's orders" to work with Rudy Giuliani on Ukraine. Sondland is a key witness in the House impeachment inquiry into President Trump. The Israeli military says it's carried out a "wide-scale" strike on Iranian targets in Syria following a rocket attack on the Israeli-controlled Golan Heights.
