Erin and Mary hang out after class together, and jam on some of the ideas taught this week in the My Beautiful Life class, an ongoing zoom class with Mary that focuses on aspects and tools of spiritual mastery and living purposefully. Today we explore the power of role models, and the opportunity we have to grow when we actively admire the light and mastery of another person. We give a loving nod to the gifts of the Zen master, Thich Nhat Hahn, who passed away recently, and we appreciate “the cool lake” of his being and teachings amid our fiery times.
