This week our heroes talk Paleo with first-hand experiences from both Carmen and Arron. Bryan also discusses some diabetic-friendly goodies. To Arron’s surprise, Carmen challenges him to run a 5K in 3 months. Due to Arron’s big mouth he is now completing a 15K (9.3 miles).
