Hosts Linda Rez and William Pollard will speak to Steve Lutz, vigneron, winemaker and proprieter of Lenne Estate to get a first-source perspective on decanting.  How do we know which wines to decant and which not to decant?  How can decanting improve OR destroy a wine?

The hosts will also do a LIVE test on the show:

1. Pouring directly from the bottle to the glass.

2. Pouring through an aerator to the glass.

3. Pouring into a decanter, letting it sit, and then pouring it into the glass.
