the podcast is back! with a classic: audre lorde. audre was a legendary black lesbian feminist writer, who published both prose and poetry. in the show i mostly look at audre's 1978 poetry book the black unicorn.

the beginning of the podcast discusses the total lunar eclipse tonight, then i get into discussing audre lorde at 1:34. i discuss 3 distinctive aspects of the text and read 3 poems i loved. then after 10:35 i end the podcast with some personal updates.

if you search "audre lorde" on google you can find a ton of her material! her books are also stocked in most libraries.
