Discussion:  San Diego Comic Con just happened.  Did either of you tune in, read articles, watch trailers?  Let’s get that out of the way, what was your favorite tidbit of movie / tv / comic book news?  Did you have a favorite trailer?  With exception of a few giants like Comic Con it seems like conventions like these E3, Games Con, etc are being made less and less necessary to attend considering you get all the same info a couple hours after it’s announced for free, often in HD video, streaming video with expert analysis.  What then is the benefit of paying a bunch of money, waiting in lines in the hot sun, etc.  Do you think conventions like this will be going away anytime soon?
