TRDP 32 - The Cannibalism of the SEC West

November 04, 2014

Apparently I was a little confused about which episode number we were on.  So let me correct and say this is episode 32 not 31.  On episode 32 of Random Discourse, we started off with Anton's "Three Second Violation" (Essentially three topic from the past week that caught our attention), in which he states that Arkansas could contend for the Big Ten currently, Klay Thompson's max deal from Golden State and of course the SEC West.  If you could not tell already Anton was/is Gung Ho! about the SEC, primarily the West.

We talk a little college football and discuss the prior weeks happening.  We feel bad for Ole Miss, who IOO should have beat Auburn, we applauded Oregon for getting over that Stanford hill and Anton think's that Florida State is lucky.  We prepare ourselves for the upcoming week of "elimination games" (five games with potential playoff implications).  We ask which one loss team passes the eye test?

In the NBA we wonder what the Oklahoma City Thunder are going to do now.  They are without Kevin, Russell, Jeremy, and a gang of others.  Darrington proclaims a blessing in disguise for them in the form of Perry Jones.  What about the Chicago Bull's situation with Jimmy Butler?  Does he deserve max money or should the Bull's let the market determine his worth?  Lastly, we discuss the Los Angeles Lakers and their delusions of grandeur.
