What kind of activities can students who are under 16 do to help develop work skills?
We answer that question, but also use the opportunity to talk about the types of work skills you can develop by doing these activities. These are called soft skills. Soft skills are transferrable skills that you can take to any type of job. They are personal qualities and attitudes that can help you work well with others and that can help you do a good job for your boss.
