The final show in our renovation series looks at a renovation projects that Ben did with some major structural changes. We also cover the headline property news
This renovation project saw three old units purchased in the one block. The units had full structural and cosmetic renovation transforming them from very dated 2-bed 1-bath units, to modern 3-bed, 2-bath units with a substantial upside. On completion the units were held, fully furnished and rented at a premium. The end result was a positive cash flow property in a blue chip suburb about 4km to the Brisbane CBD.
