No one can deny that the world of Star Wars is filled with fascinating things, not least of which are the amazing vehicles. From speeders to star destroyers, there are so many to learn about. The Millennium Falcon is is Light Freighter, class VT-1300f. It was built on the planet Corellia, which is also home to Han Solo. Freighters like the Millennium Falcon served well because of their front end. It had the ability to push cargo into bays. It was used to transporting various cargo, including passengers. It was also equipped with areas for smuggling certain items. These also came in handy when needing to hide from storm troopers. It had been extensively (and sometimes illegally) modified over the years. These modifications including the shields, weapons and boasted the fastest hyperdrive around. The Millennium Falcon holds a very special place int eh galaxy as it was involved in a variety of key mission and battles throughout the saga. These include:

The Battle of Yavin (Helped back up Luke Skywalker to destroy the first Death Star)
Battle of Endor (Helped destroy the second Death Star from the inside)Attack on Starkiller Base (Transported key characters to and from)
