Tess - I finished LWS2 and am on to the HoTs story. It’s so good! I’m also contemplating which back piece to begin--my HoTs backpack or Mawdrey. I also played some PvP with my Tempest. It was fun and different and I think I could get good at her with a little more time, but I just do so much better with my DH that I’m not sure I’ll have the patience to really dedicate to the Tempest.

Militus - My epic end to Season 2 Living World Story/ quest.

Boom - I managed to level my Mesmer from 22 to level 23. So it was a pretty productive week.

The Big News about abandoning the weapons.

Tess - Mike O’Brian inherited a shitstorm. I’m not ready yet to call shenanigans on this latest decision until I see it pan out. I would probably feel differently if I had a bunch of legendaries already and was waiting on the next thing to craft. This decision, though, also saved me 9 of my hard-earned mastery points. I cancelled the last line of precursor training in favor of a few extra Fractals lines.

Boom - I am in support of these new changes. The lack of content is the biggest problem with GW2 moving forward. I am not going to buy more glider skins if I don’t have a place to fly around. Maybe they have information that I don’t have, but I can’t imagine that Legendaries draw more players than new zones and content.

I don’t think games without subs can bring in enough revenue to keep content flowing at a regular pace. I am sure Blizzard robbed the last expansion to fund some of the company's expansion, and my bet is that they will try and roll out content quicker. And if that happens WoW will become the only legit MMO title because they can always have content.

Militus - This represents a monumental design change philosophy. People in leadership positions don’t usually knee-jerk (good ones), that tells me the last 6 months of HoTs and Raiding is not paying the kind of dividends they hoped for.
