Pray Every Day


Matthew 18:15-22

April 18, 2020

Today’s Scripture:

15 “Now
if your brother sins against you, go and tell him his fault between you
and him alone. If he listens to you, you have gained your brother. 16 But
if he does not listen, then take with you one or two others, that by
the testimony of two or three witnesses every word may be established.[a] 17 If
he refuses to listen to them, tell it to the church. But if he refuses
to listen even to the church, let him be to you as a Gentile and a tax
collector.

18 “Truly
I say to you, whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven, and
whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven.

19 “Again
I say to you, that if two of you agree on earth about anything they
ask, it will be done for them by My Father who is in heaven. 20 For where two or three are assembled in My name, there I am in their midst.”

21 Then Peter came to Him and said, “Lord, how often shall I forgive my brother who sins against me? Up to seven times?”

22 Jesus said to him, “I do not say to you up to seven times, but up to seventy times seven.
