Trevor Hardy is truly a pioneer in mixed martial arts and martial arts in southern Alberta. He was a Golden Gloves Boxer, fought in Muay Thai, boxing, kickboxing and mixed martial arts. He is an accomplished Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu competitor and has Coached more athletes than you could possibly count. But lately, he has been on a different path and the man behind many successful hockey players in both the WHL and NHL systems. Trevor sits down with Jake for a hilarious and candid one on one where they discuss his history in southern Alberta and his ultimate transition into being a successful gym owner and Strength & Conditioning Coach.
