In anticipation of Worldwide Pinhole Photography Day (http://www.pinholeday.org/) some of the Pdexposures family gathered to record the first official Pinhole Podcast intermission. We were especially thrilled to have Simon participate in the discussion and bring his special dynamic to the recording.

Herschel started things off by introducing his Next Best Thing Project (http://www.squarepegpinhole.com/2014/04/next-best-thing-pinhole-project.html), a year-long endeavor to connect pinhole photographers across the globe by sharing images on a quarterly basis. He is actively looking for participants so if you’re interested or know of photographers who would be, please direct them to Herschel’s page!

Jana introduced Zeb Andrew’s Pinholes for Syria crowdfunding campaign. Zeb will be joining a volunteer team of artists, athletes and dentists this June by bringing joy and creativity to Syrian refugee children in Turkey. We shared our individual plans for WPPD and also learned that Simon is actually 20 rolls into a pinhole project of his very own...but you’ll have to listen to learn more about it.
